Stainless Steel Pumps
Stainless centrifugal pumps have bodies made of 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel and are designed for lines where corrosion resistance and hygiene are required together. The catalog covers open, semi-open and closed impeller constructions in single- and two-stage models.

About Stainless Steel Pumps
Applications include industrial dishwashers and laundry machines, drinking water and filling plants, heating-cooling and closed-circuit chiller systems, dye houses, the food industry (soft drinks, fruit juice, milk), glycol solutions, mildly corrosive chemicals, biodiesel plants and flue gas treatment.
Models in our catalog handle liquid temperatures from -15 °C to +110 °C, rising to 120 °C with a special seal. Maximum working pressure is 8 bar. Connections are configured as DWC-N threaded or DWC-V victaulic. An intermediate coupling element that prevents the motor from being damaged by liquid leakage is standard.
Impeller type is selected according to the fluid: a closed impeller gives the highest efficiency on clean liquids, while open and semi-open impellers are more tolerant of clogging with liquids carrying particles or fibres. In the two-stage design the liquid passes through two impellers in sequence to reach a higher head at the same flow. For the compatibility of the stainless grade with your fluid, see our pump material selection guide and chemical compatibility chart.
