Alloy Pumps
In alloy magnetic drive pumps the casing is metal rather than plastic. This group is used where the sealless design must be retained in the temperature and pressure region plastics cannot withstand. The catalog covers GreenPumps' centrifugal, regenerative turbine, sliding vane, oscillating piston and magnetic drive gear models.

About Alloy Pumps
The envelope a metallic casing allows is far wider than the thermoplastic series: temperature extends from -100 °C to 315 °C and system pressure from 16 bar to over 450 bar on special designs. Heat transfer fluids, thermal oil lines, liquefied gases and high-pressure process circuits are this group's field.
The catalog also includes centrifugal models built to ISO 5199 / ISO 2858 / DIN 24256 / API 685. Because these standards fix dimensions and connection sizes, they make pump replacement in an existing plant straightforward. API 685 in particular is the reference sought for sealless pumps in petrochemical facilities.
Regenerative turbine models deliver high head at low flow, while magnetic drive gear and sliding vane models are used to transfer viscous fluids without leakage. Thermal oil gear pumps also fall under this group.
