Solenoid Dosing Pumps

In solenoid (electromagnetic) dosing pumps an electromagnet drives the diaphragm. There are few moving parts and no motor or gearbox, which makes for precise, economical dosing at low flows. The catalog covers SEKO's Tekna, Kompact, Invikta and Tekba series.

About Solenoid Dosing Pumps

Their distinguishing feature is that flow can be set by two independent variables: stroke frequency and stroke length. This gives a very wide turndown; the same pump can work at both a low and a high dosing point. Models with a 4–20 mA analog input can vary flow proportionally in response to a sensor or PLC.

Models in our catalog offer 0.4–110 l/h flow and back pressure up to 20 bar, with stroke rates between 20 and 300 strokes per minute. Supply is 100–240 VAC 50/60 Hz with IP65 protection. Wetted parts are PVDF, PTFE, EPDM, FPM, FFKM, FKM-B, ceramic and, on some models, SS316L; the pump head is PVDF and the diaphragm PTFE.
