About Seko Diaphragm Pumps
What distinguishes the series is consistency across sizes: every model is defined by the same 11 technical fields, which makes model comparison straightforward when scaling a line up or down. The AF number broadly indicates the capacity class of the model.
Across the series, liquid connections range from 1/4" BSP to 3" BSP (DN80) and maximum flow from 7 l/min to 1,050 l/min. Maximum air pressure is 6–8 bar, discharge head 60–80 m, dry suction lift 3–6 m and wet suction lift 9.8 m. Solids passage is 2–12 mm, maximum viscosity 5,000–55,000 cps and displacement per stroke between 18 cc and 9,750 cc. Noise level ranges from 62 to 82 dB depending on size.
Because flow is adjusted steplessly with air pressure, the same model can be used at different duty points, which reduces the need to change models within the series on intermittent and variable-flow processes.
