Peristaltic Dosing Pumps
In peristaltic pumps the liquid passes only through a flexible hose; rotating rollers compress the hose to advance the fluid. No metal part of the pump contacts the liquid. The catalog covers the Kronos and PR/PM/PA/PTS series.

About Peristaltic Dosing Pumps
This design has three practical consequences. First, the chemical compatibility question is reduced to a single component — the hose; with the right hose material the body material becomes irrelevant. Second, the pump is self-priming and tolerates dry running. Third, with off-gassing chemicals (such as sodium hypochlorite) the vapour locking that troubles diaphragm pumps does not occur.
Models in our catalog offer flows from 0.4 l/h to 18 l/h, with back pressure up to 4 bar using HP-San hose. Supply is 100–240 Vac 50/60 Hz, protection IP65 and power consumption 3.5–5 W. On stepper-motor models dosing is continuously adjustable from 0.01% to 100%. Hose options are Santoprene, SekoExtra, SekoMed, SekoFort and HP-San.
The Kronos series includes models configured for detergent and rinse-aid dosing in industrial dishwashers. The known limit of the peristaltic design is that the hose is a consumable: it requires regular replacement.
