About Internal Gear Pumps

What stands out in this design is quiet, vibration-free operation. With few tooth contact points, both noise and the shear applied to the fluid are low — making it the choice for shear-sensitive products and lines requiring fine metering. The small sizes go down to very low flows such as ⅜", covering laboratory and pilot-plant scale.

Models in our catalog offer connections from ⅜" to 6" and maximum flows from 0.175 m³/h to over 20 m³/h, with displacement starting at 0.001 L/rev. The pressure range is 2–14 bar, temperature 20–200 °C and viscosity 100–25,000 cP. Weights start at 3 kg.

Casings are GG25 cast iron or AISI 316 stainless; gear material is configured as GGG40 ductile iron, AISI 1040 steel or AISI 316. A heating jacket, strainer and by-pass can be added as accessories.
