Mechanical Dosing Pumps
In mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps the diaphragm is driven by an electric motor and eccentric mechanism. Compared with solenoid drive they provide continuous service at much higher flow and pressure. The catalog covers the Spring, Kosmo and Digital Elektra series.

About Mechanical Dosing Pumps
What motor drive buys is continuity and power: a solenoid pump is pulsed and relatively low-flow, whereas a mechanically driven pump stays stable on lines running around the clock and at high back pressure. Stroke length is usually adjusted manually; the motor is three-phase with servo ventilation.
Models in our catalog offer flows from 1.5 l/h to 2,300 l/h and pressures from 2 bar to 100 bar. Pump head material is selected as SS 316L, PVC, PP or PVDF according to the application. Installation is base-mounted.
