About Dosing Systems
The reason for a panel solution is installation and commissioning time: when the pump, controller, probe connections and electrical infrastructure are combined in a single cabinet, the work on site reduces to connecting the utilities. Compatibility between components is also resolved at the design stage.
Panels in our catalog run on a 100–240 V 50/60 Hz supply. The enclosure is IP65-rated polypropylene. There are six relay outputs, two programmable frequency outputs and a 4–20 mA current output; the display is a backlit alphanumeric 20 characters × 40 lines. They can connect to a supervisory system over an RS485 serial port using the MODBUS protocol.
The MODBUS connection allows dosing data to be passed to the plant's SCADA or building automation system; in facilities where measurement and dosing records must be monitored, this is a decisive feature.
