About Dosing Pumps and Control Equipment
The three drive types suit different jobs. Solenoid pumps work at low flow with frequent strokes and offer a wide turndown; mechanical diaphragm pumps suit continuous service at higher flow and pressure; peristaltic pumps suit fluids carrying solids, viscous liquids or those that off-gas — in a peristaltic pump the liquid passes only through the hose and never contacts the pump body.
Pumps in our catalog offer flow rates from 2.5 l/h to 1,200 l/h and pressures from 0.1 bar to 100 bar, with a 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz supply. Pump head material is selected as PVC, PP, PVDF or 316L stainless steel according to the application. On the control side there are probes and panels measuring pH (0–14), ORP (± 2,000 mV), conductivity (0.054–200,000 µS), dissolved oxygen, free chlorine, ozone, hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid; IP65-rated models provide relay outputs, a 4–20 mA current output and MODBUS/RS485 communication.
When selecting a dosing pump, the viscosity of the chemical, its tendency to off-gas and the compatibility of the pump head material matter as much as flow rate and back pressure.
