About Aflow Diaphragm Pumps
The series is distinguished by its model code. AP denotes general-purpose models with plastic and metallic bodies, APX the predominantly metallic intermediate sizes, APH the heavy-duty type, and AP…E the electrically driven version. Hygienic models with Tri-Clamp connections are aimed at food and pharmaceutical lines, while the high-pressure models (AP 100–300) serve applications requiring heads up to 168 m.
Across the series, connection sizes run from 1/4" to 3", capacity spans 0–894 l/min, air working pressure is 0–8.4 bar and air consumption 3.6–235 m³/h. Suction lift is 6–8 m and solids passage 3–9 mm. Electrically driven models draw 1.1–4 kW from a 380 V 50 Hz supply and move 3.30–6.58 l of liquid per stroke.
Bodies are configured in aluminum, cast iron, polypropylene, PVDF and 316/316L stainless steel; internals in Neoprene, Buna-N, Viton, Santoprene, Teflon and EPDM. Air-end components can be selected as aluminum or plastic.
