About ATEX Blower
ATEX certification shows that the machine will not act as an ignition source in zones containing explosive gas or dust. Models in our catalog carry the classification II 1/2G Ex h IIA T3 Ga/Gb for gas atmospheres and II 2D Ex h IIIA T200 °C Db for dust atmospheres. Drive is by belt and pulley with an explosion-proof motor; housing and impeller are die-cast aluminium.
Capacity is in the 250–1,050 m³/h range. Motor rating is configured as 1.5–18.5 kW in the three-phase option and 1.5–3 kW in the single-phase option. Operating temperature is between -15 °C and +40 °C.
Selection in this equipment class is not made on flow and pressure alone: the facility's zone classification, the gas group of the substance present and the temperature class must all match the certification.
